Let's enjoy both Origami and English!
For “Respect for the aged day” in September, we will fold an origami turtle. The turtle is a symbol of longevity like the crane. This paper turtle made by regular patterns of folding has been handed down from person to person, and we do not know who started folding end. This is the model that has things in common (the base form, the way to open at the end, etc.) with the traditional model, “Lover's Knot” (included in “ORIGAMI TEXTBOOK 100 in 4 languages” NOA Books).
